Dr. Janice Eng is a distinguished University Killam Professor and Canada Research Chair in Neurological Rehabilitation at the University of British Columbia (UBC). She has an extensive academic background, having completed her undergraduate studies at UBC, her MSc in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Toronto, and a PhD in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. Dr. Eng is a leading figure in the field of rehabilitation, particularly in neurological rehabilitation, and is currently the co-Director of the Centre for Aging SMART at Vancouver Coastal Health. Her research focuses on mobility, activity, rehabilitation, and technology to improve quality of life for individuals with neurological impairments.
