I am a graduate of the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and a fellow of the West African College of Physicians. I have a certification in stroke management and pediatric neurology through Regional Training by the European Academy of Neurology. I have been mentoring and training medical students and resident doctors in Neurology for the past 9 years. I am a public lecturer on cardiovascular and Neurological disease prevention. My areas of special interest are hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases, vascular neurology, and epilepsy on which I have over 80 publications in reputable international journals. I have participated as a site Principal Investigator in major research in Africa, including SIREN and READD.
